Add a Record of Exempt Building Works -Owner's Agent

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Building works carried out as an exemption under the Building Act 2004 schedule 1 do not require Building Consent. However, it is important to ensure that the records pertaining to the property (plans and information on work carried out) are kept up to date to reflect the actual state of the property.

WHY AGENTS NZ

We are a team of experienced specialists in the Building industry, offering our expertise as consultants to property owners to help ensure a cost-effective and efficient process. We will coordinate and monitor all parties involved, ensuring that all relevant exempted work is added to the property's file, including new plans.

BENEFITS

We can suggest a record of works that can be added to the property file by studying the actual property and property file and also doing the necessary documentation such as actual plans, the record of works carried out, and the builder's report.
