I have 14 years of Experience in the Construction industry. Eleven years I was as an Interior Designer and as a Project Manager. My last 3 years of experience was with Auckland Council as a Field Surveyor Advisor /Regulatory Information advisor. With Auckland council have provided direction to vast customer base(Architects/Builders/Real Estate Agents/Property Lawyers and Property Owners) on Technical and administrative information on Building Regulatory queries. Guidance on Building Act and Building Code, information on policy and process of Auckland Council for Building Consenting, Code Compliance and Certificate of Acceptance and Inspections are to name a few. Conversant with the Building Act /Building Code and NZ3604. Achieved exceptional level of customer satisfaction and been positively supportive to a vast team.
