Place a Third-Party Report -Owner's Agent

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Prior to the introduction of the Building Act 1991 on July 1st, 1992, any building works carried out may have been classified as either permitted or unpermitted work, or there may be no record indicating what work was completed. In this case, the property owners may wish to obtain a Third-party report confirming the safety and sanitation of the work, although this is not a mandatory requirement. Nonetheless, it may be beneficial in terms of insurance and selling the property.
