I have extensive experience in the construction industry, with 14 years of experience overall. For 11 years, I worked as both an interior designer and a project manager. In my most recent position with Auckland Council, I served as a Field Surveyor Advisor and Regulatory Information advisor for 3 years. I provided guidance and support to a wide range of customers, such as architects, builders, real estate agents, property lawyers, and property owners. My expertise included technical and administrative information on building regulations, as well as guidance on the Building Act and Building Code. I was also familiar with Auckland Council's policies and processes for building consenting, code compliance, certificates of acceptance, and inspections. Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and have been a valuable asset to my team. I have recently launched AGENTS NZ, a consultancy firm aimed at providing exceptional service to customers who need assistance with building and property complications. Our goal is to be the solution for complex processes and provide friendly and accommodating service to all our clients.
