Guide on Properties- Premium Service for Property Buyer

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Buyers need comprehensive advice and guidance when purchasing a first home or an investment property. An essential part of the due diligence process is obtaining the building regulatory information from the Council record. This will allow the Buyer to determine if there are any possibilities for future development, such as increasing the floor area by adding new bedrooms or living spaces. Additionally, comparing this regulatory information across multiple shortlisted properties will enable the Buyer to make an informed decision

WHY AGENTS NZ

AGENTS NZ will provide buyers with comprehensive advice and guidance when looking to purchase a first home or an investment property. Our team of experienced professionals will carry out due diligence, advising buyers on the information to obtain from Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Lawyers, and Council. We will work with buyers over a four-month period, viewing open homes, studying LIM reports, analyzing and comparing properties, and obtaining all necessary information from Council regarding RMA. This will enable buyers to make an informed decision when selecting which property to purchase
