Before marketing a Property, the owners should have confidence in their Land Information Memorandum (LIM) or property file. They can obtain advice on the same, or buyers can conduct an extensive study on the property. Additionally, there should be an opportunity to check for any records associated with the local Council and to receive advice on any action that needs to be taken

1) Schedule an initial consultation with AGENTS NZ and obtain advice
2) Issue a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) to AGENTS NZ
3) Sign a service agreement with AGENTS NZ
4) Have AGENTS NZ order the relevant property file
5) Examine the LIM and property file
6) Site investigation
7) Gather information from relevant Council building and resource teams
8) Provide a recommendation report and an explanation over a phone call
9) Finalize the service agreement
