I possess 14 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as both an interior designer and project manager for 11 years. Recently, I worked as a Field Surveyor Advisor and Regulatory Information Advisor for Auckland Council for 3 years. In this role, I provided guidance and support to a diverse range of clients, including architects, builders, real estate agents, property lawyers, and property owners. My expertise included technical and administrative information on building regulations, the Building Act, and Building Code. I was also well-versed in Auckland Council's policies and processes for building consenting, code compliance, certificates of acceptance, and inspections. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered high levels of customer satisfaction and have been a valuable team member. I recently established AGENTS NZ, a consultancy firm dedicated to offering exceptional service to customers facing building and property challenges. Our objective is to provide solutions for complex processes and deliver friendly and accommodating service to all our clients.
